The Tunisian Tijani Belaid, 25, is the third winter's transfer for Moreirense FC.
Belaid terminated his contract with German Union Berlin and signed for six months.
In Portugal, Belaid hope to find the opportunity to revive his career and reinstate the Tunisian selection.
